ALERT HAS BEEN ISSUED ON TRIMEDYNE ( TMED )

An alert has been issued on TMED - otcbb. The company has reported near break even June quarter 2013 and also last nine months results. " Even though, I anticipated a small profit, given the cost cutting measures, I believe the results are encouraging as the company is planning to raise funding for its seven subsidiaries. This is something that I have never seen in the past, especially for a company of this size and nature.The company has also produced stable revenue results lately and it is still trading below book value. A monitoring alert of Trimedyne's developments will continue for the near future. "
