PETER SIDOTI CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Semi-Annual Microcap Conference
June 7, 2013

Deeply gratified by the success of our January 7, 2013 Micro-Cap Conference, Sidoti & Co., LLC is proud to announce yet another gathering − our seventh Micro-Cap Conference − on June 7, 2013 at New York City’s Grand Hyatt Hotel. We hope you will use this golden opportunity to make your story known to some of Wall Street’s smartest investors− those who know the micro-cap group is rife with opportunity and are eager to hear about names that hold particular promise.

As you may know, Sidoti & Company, LLC is Wall Street’s “ax” for micro-cap names. Long before the segment received any investor attention, we began to spread the message that many companies with sub-$250 million capitalizations show fast growth and profitability, and meet or exceed their large-cap brethren in terms of favorable P/E ratios, robust cash flows, and low debt. This is no longer a hard sell, as more and more investors are coming to Sidoti conferences to hear new, intriguing stories. For their part, presenters are glad for a chance to proclaim what distinguishes their company and why the Street should pay attention. Both groups appreciate our conference staff’s expertise in making each event seamless and fruitful in every regard. As we always say, attending or presenting at a Sidoti conference may well be among the best investments you will ever make.
Sidoti Micro-Cap Conferences benefit more than just presenters and investors. They aid us as well, as we continue to enlarge our micro-cap offerings. In addition to our conferences, 20 Sidoti analysts cover only micro-cap companies, issuing research on more than 400 names; our micro-cap research is available on direct distribution sites such as FactSet Research Systems, Thomson Reuters, and Bloomberg, among many others; the firm established a separate sales team to exclusively address micro-cap names; and our goal for 2013 is to up our number of non-deal road show days to at least 250 from 2012’s already noteworthy 130. We look forward to eventually becoming one of the leading advisors to micro-cap firms seeking to raise equity capital.
We will restrict the number of presenters at our June 7 event to 70, so secure your spot soon. Until April 1, the fee to present is $7,000; then it will rise to $8,000. You are encouraged to provide a 35-minute PowerPoint slide presentation. Full audio and visual aids and services will be at hand. Also, you should expect to meet investors on a one-on-one basis, for exposure to company managements is one of the main draws for our smart and deeply curious audience.
To confirm your participation, contact Lynn Orenstein, lorenstein@sidoti.com. Travel time from the airports to the Grand Hyatt (near Grand Central Station) depends on the time of day and weather, so please plan accordingly. Registration and a continental breakfast will start at 7 a.m. The conference will begin at 8 and conclude in the late afternoon; a hot luncheon will be provided. For your convenience, we reserved a block of rooms at the hotel. When you call Reservations at (212) 883-1234 or (800) 233-1234, request the special rate.
Our goal is to make this conference well worth the precious time of investors and presenters alike, and we look forward to seeing you.
Sincerely,

Peter Sidoti, CEO
