As you may know, Sidoti & Company, LLC is Wall Street’s “ax” for micro-cap names. Long before the segment received any investor attention, we began to spread the message that many companies with sub-$250 million capitalizations show fast growth and profitability, and meet or exceed their large-cap brethren in terms of favorable P/E ratios, robust cash flows, and low debt. This is no longer a hard sell, as more and more investors are coming to Sidoti conferences to hear new, intriguing stories. For their part, presenters are glad for a chance to proclaim what distinguishes their company and why the Street should pay attention.
